The Simplicity Software Technologies technical support staff is trained to answer your concerns about our product line. As a Premium Product Support subscriber you are entitled to these additional benefits:
  • 2 hours of free telephone support per month, which can also include ½ hour of live support via the GoTo Meeting service (over the internet).
  • Total maximum yearly phone support of 20-hours. $25 per hour for each additional hour using the GoTo Meeting Service, pre-paid, and by appointment only.
  • Priority email support over non-support subscribers.
  • Minimum of an additional 10% discount on major product upgrades over non-support clients.
  • A quarterly Service Release CD mailed directly to the subscribers with minor updates and fixes to customers products. This CD is only released if there are significant changes or fixes made to our products with the previous quarter.
  • Free product customization, when such customization can be performed in a reasonable time period of 4 hours or less, and/or when such customization is deemed by Simplicity Software Technologies as a valuable addition to our product. Solely Simplicity Software Technologies will make this termination.
  • Other periodic offers designed specifically for Premium Product Support subscribers.
